Our Story

Isla Fine Art Cards & Gifts is my creation. I left the London life for the fresh air of the Peak District with the desire to create a unique gallery and gift shop in the centre of Buxton, a shop brimming with beautiful things that offered my customers a complete sensory experience.

I hope the shop is a delight to all my customers, offering something for every taste and budget. I stock original artwork and prints by local artists through to gorgeous silk scarves, jewellery, stationary and funky fabric doorstops. Glassware, whether hand-blown and crafted or recycled, is also a key feature in my shop. Everything I choose is something I love and desire myself, and hope that it lifts and inspires you in some way.

My stock is carefully curated and constantly changing, but my aim is always the same; to provide an interesting, aesthetically pleasing, and refreshingly different shopping experience for the discerning customer.
